I loved being just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach and a lovely park, which made my evenings relaxing and enjoyable. plus, the breakfast was quite good and convenient for my morning routine. as a single traveler, the ability to easily walk to attractions like The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch made my stay even better.

The location, right across from a beautiful beach, makes this spot perfect for a getaway, and the convenient EV charging stations are a nice touch. However, the noise from the nearby highway and train tracks disrupted sleep, and the additional fees for parking and breakfast felt excessive relative to the quality offered. The beds were subpar, making it challenging to rest well during the stay.

the hilton garden inn is in a fantastic location, just across from the beach, which made our stay so much fun! the lobby and pool area are lovely, and it’s great that you can unwind at the outdoor pool. a special shout-out to the staff, especially steve at the front desk, who made check-in a breeze. they also offer a great fitness center.
